2. Mold opening

With the mold, production is fast.

3. Color mixing rubber

4. Approved materials

5. Upper mold production

6. Quality inspection

7. Trimming

8. Finished product inspection

After repairing the edges, it is the finished product. It is also necessary to return the finished product to the quality inspection department for inspection of the trimming quality. If there are any non-conforming products, they will be scrapped.

9. Packaging

After the repaired products pass the inspection, they are packaged according to customer requirements. Packaging is divided into two types: PP bag independent packaging and bare packaging. 10. Sealing inspection

After the packaging is completed, the quality inspection department checks the quantity. If there are no problems, the box will be sealed and sent to the warehouse for shipment.
